The following error may be issued by PAR
"ERROR: FATAL:basut: basutdtime.c:60:1.5 time failure process
will terminate."
Solution 1:
This problem can be caused by installing the XABEL software from the Foundation F2.0 Beta 2 CDROM.
The XABEL installer
installs a bad LIBBASUT.DLL which is the cause of this error.
The fix is to install the basut_nt.zip patch, available at
