Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: When you manually edit a design and then exit and
reopen the edited file you get a page fault,
illegal operation or kernel32 error.
Solution 1:
This can be related the pcf file. The solution is to remove the
pcf file from the directory or rename it. Then when you start EPIC
it will not load the pcf file, only the ncd file.
