XC4000XL: some devices have a higher VCC pin to GND pin ratio
Problem Description:
Urgency: standard
General Description: In some of the XC4000XL devices, there
are more GND pins than VCC. However, in some of the other
devices (for example, 4085XL), there are more VCC pins than
GND pins.
Solution 1:
In some of the XC4000XL devices, additional VCC pins have
been included to facilitate future migration to XC4000XV
devices, which require additional VCC pins for IO and/or
core.
