This solution clarifies what the 3 packing strategies available
in the M1 Mapper do.
Solution 1:
The three Mapper packing strategy settings control the
packing of unrelated logic into the same CLB. The settings
are as follows:
1) Minimum Density
Start packing unrelated logic together in CLBs from the very
beginning of the mapping process.
2) Fit Device
Start packing unrelated logic together in CLBs once 97% of
the device has been used.
3) Off
Never pack unrelated logic together in CLBs.
