Problem Description:

General Description:
The problem occurs when running M1.3 on a PC, and targeting
any family part with any type of design file.
Within the edit template options, the user specifies
Simulation Data Options with format:EDIF and vendor:MENTOR
Errors subsequently occur in the timing stage of the flow
engine with following message:
FATAL_ERROR:baspm.baspmdlm.c:99:1.17 - dll library <mtrne>
does not exist. Process will terminate. Please call Xilinx
support.
Solution 1:
The 1.3_7 build did not support the mentor edif generation on the PC.
