General Description:
The Design Manager will only allow one instance to
be invoked at a time. If you try to start up an instance
of the Design Manager while another instance is running,
the existing Design Manager will pop to the top of the screen
and open the latest project.
Solution 1:
To enable multiple instances of the Design Manager, set
the following environment variable before invoking
the Design Manager:
UNIX:
setenv XIL_GUI_INSTANCECHECKING 0
PC:
set XIL_GUI_INSTANCECHECKING=0
