Solution 1:
Perform a complete install, which will bring in all required files.
Solution 2:
Manually copy any missing files over to $XILINX/bin/sol from a complete
installed tree.
For example:
cp /cdrom/cdrom0/bin/sol/libcommdlg32.so $XILINX/bin/sol/
cp /cdrom/cdrom0/bin/sol/libolest32.so $XILINX/bin/sol/
cp /cdrom/cdrom0/bin/sol/libcommctrl32.so $XILINX/bin/sol/
