Problem description:
Customer try to process a 3000 design with XNFPREP, XNFPREP returns with Segmentation Fault without
giving any warning or error messages concern the design.
Solution 1:
Check to make sure design DO NOT contain any TIMESPEC symbols. 3000 designs are processed with APR,
with does not support any TIMESPEC. Remove all TIMESPECs if design contains them.
