A patch is available for four timing issues:
Fixes CR# 100121 having to do with the "report paths not
covered" feature affecting the number of paths analyzed
for a constraint.
Fixes CR# 100044 having to do with the "report paths not
covered" feature affecting the number of paths analyzed
for a constraint.
Fixes CR# 100113 having to do with TIGs on tristate outputs
not working in the .ucf file.
Fixes CR# 100196 having to do with constraint relaxation not
working.
