These files are now availible on the Xilinx FTP site for all platforms at:
ftp://ftp.xilinx.com/pub/swhelp/viewlogic/oldvllib.zip
These files are also contained on the XACTstep CD (ver. 5.2.1/6.0.1) under the
xbbs\oldvllib directory.
