PAR: Routing pwr/gnd nets takes an extremely long time to complete
Problem Description:
Current router reports (esp for 5K, 3K) often mislead users into thinking router is spending lots of
time trying to route pwr/gnd nets, when in actuality it's working on timing.
Solution 1:
PAR messaging will be enhanced in version M1.4 to make it more apparent
that PAR is working on timing rather than pwr/gnd routing.
