General Description:
Synopsys-generated files .sedif and .sxnf may be accompanied by a .dc file
which contains Synopsys constraints. NGDBUILD does not automatically run
this tool.
Solution 1:
Whenever a Synopsys design is synthesized or a new .dc file has been
generated, be sure to run:
dc2ncf <design>.dc -o <design>.ncd
to make sure your constraints are read into the implementation flow.
