General Description:

XVHDL v3.0.3 is now available on the Xilinx Answers Page on the
Xilinx Web site. This upgrades the F1.3 XVHDL compiler from
v3.0.2 to v3.0.3. The upgrade provides bug fixes and
enhancements, including fixing the problem with Latch inference
in 4KE devices which is described in (Xilinx Solution 2989).
