Problem Title:
Design Manager M1.3/M1.4/M1.5 - How to specify a cost table level in the M1 Design Manager GUI (MPPR)

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description:

The nomenclature used to describe doing multiple place and route
runs in the M1 Design Manager GUI is "FPGA Multi-Pass Place and
Route."

From a DOS prompt, command line place and route (par) offers
the -t flag where the initial cost table entry can be specified.

Solution 1:

In the Design Manager GUI, follow these steps:

1. Select and highlight the version of the implementation of interest.

2. Click on the "Design" pulldown menu and select "FPGA
Multi-Pass Place & Route..."

3. A new window comes up where the targeted part can be
changed, and the initial entry level, the number of attempts,
and the number of saved iterations can be entered.

For more information, try the "Help" button on the "FPGA
Multi-Pass Place and Route" window.

There is also information in the Foundation Series Quick Start
Guide as well as in the Alliance Series Quick Start Guide.

Finally, there is additional Dynatext documentation in the book entitled,
"Design Manager/Flow Engine Reference/User Guide."
