General Decription:
Self Check always fails from Hardware Debugger M1.3 in Windows
95 & NT environment even if xchecker cable otherwise functions
normally.
Solution 1:
Until this is fixed in the Hardware Debugger. As a workaround,
Self Check Diagnistics can be performed from a DOS Shell using
the stand-alone XCHECKER.EXE. This executable may be
downloaded from the Xilinx Web Site located at:
ftp://ftp.xilinx.com/pub/swhelp/xact-pc/xchkr4ke.zip
