Solution 1:
The FPGALAB software is M1.3.7 versions of the Hardware Debugger and
Prom File Formatter and can be used as a stand alone tool for
programming FPGA's from a lab computer without a license or
authorization key. For Win 95 or Win NT 4.0.
The files that are needed are contained in the fpgalab.zip file on
the Xilinx FTP or WEB site.
