General Description:
The Hardware Debugger cannot perform a ReadCapture on any
device larger than an xc4013E, xc4010XL, or Spartan XCS30/XL.
No messages are issued, but data displayed in the waveform
window is erroneous and unchanging.
Solution 1:
XChecker Cable does not support the ammount of readback data
required for device configuration streams larger than 256K.
