The blue screen will give an error message similar to: Stop <memory addresses> KMODE exception not handled <memory addresses> N9I128V2.dll dll base datestamp name <lists approx. 50 dll's under the above headings> Solution 1: The resolution is to go to Number Nine's website (http://www.nine.com/) and download an updated vers ion of the N9I128V2.dll.
