General Description:
Doing a Foundation Simulation when I run a command file or hit
long step, the simulation seems to hang, or takes a long time
before coming back and showing the waveforms.
Solution 1:
If the command file or if the long step is a long time period the
simulation may appear to hang, or takes a long time.
One way of cutting the runtime down is by lowering the Simulation
Precision, if feasible, to the simulation.
To do this:
Options->Preferences
and in the lower left hand corner is "Simulation Precision" box
that has a pulldown to change the value.
