Solution 1: This is due to a bug in the Blif2net program, which is the EDIF writer for XABEL. A possible workaround for CPLD top-level Abel designs is to use the "Plusasm" flow, which will write out a PLD instead of an EDIF file. Please see (Xilinx Solution 2776) for more information on enabling this flow.
