General Description:
Windows 95 ONLY: After installing 2.1i, attempting to
type "xilinx" from a DOS prompt to invoke the Design Manager
produces the following on the command line:
"OFF"
Solution 1:
This is a known issue and will be addressed in a future release.
WORKAROUND:
Type in "dsgnmgr" to invoke the Design Manager from a Win95
DOS box.
