When using Veribest, Workview Office and M1.4 together,
set up the LM_LICENSE_FILE variable as follows.
Solution 1:
In WinNT 4.0, it was observed that Veribest license file does
not recognize semicolon(;). You must seperate it by comma(,).
SET LM_LICENSE_FILE=Veribest_license,WVO_license,;Xilinx_lic;
