General Description:
Using the M1 PROM File Formatter, when attempting to save the
PROM file, the following error may be encountered.
basbs 189- Cannot load from an address other than 0 with a
serial PROM.
Solution 1:
One possible cause is that there is an apostrophe in the path
to the BITt file; for example, c:\xilinx\project'\test.bit.
Remove the apostrophe from the path to the BIT file, or copy
the BIT file to a non-apostrophed path.
