Problem Description:

General Description: Orcad Express 7.1x does not pass
attributes to edif(.edn) file. This problem has been taken care of
in Orcad Express version 7.20.

Solution 1:
If a user would like to use Xilinx attributes in Orcad Express
versions before 7.20, either
1) output .xnf from Orcad Express
2) place attributes in a .ucf file.
Solution 2:
When creating the edif netlist in Orcad Express version 7.20, be
sure to select the options "Output net properties" and "Output part
properties"
