terminate. Please call Xilinx Support.
Solution 1:
A cause for this fatal error may be if hard macros are being
used in the design. Edit the hard macro file (.nmc) so that
all the signals are unrouted. This can be done by Route ->
Unroute All in EPIC. Save the .nmc file and re-implement
the design.
