Packages changes are part of the standard services from
HardWire. However, this will usually require more time to
make the Hardwire conversion.
Customer must follow the Xilinx pinout for the package
requested.
Example:
It is possible to put an XC4025E into a HardWire XC4425-BGxxx
package, although XC4025eBGxxx is not available in the market.
