Foundation F1.4 Install: Not all 4000XL devices installed by default
Problem Description:

General Description:
By default, the Foundation install program will only install
the smaller XC4000XL devices (up to XC4044XL).
Solution 1:
To install all of the Xc4000XL devices, you must specify this
via the Installer of the Foundation Design Implementation
Tools.
* Run the setup program from the Foundation Design
Implementation Tools CDROM.
* Follow the instructions until you get to the
"Select Software Components to Install" window.
* Highlight the XC4000XL (3 sub-components) choice.
* Click the "Change..." button.
* Check the box next to the largest 4000XL devices.
* Click "Continue", and continue with the rest of the install
as usual.
