General Description:
The Demo/evaluation license that comes with F1.4 is only
documented as limiting 2 features - target device size to base
and no bitstream generation. However, the demo license also
does not allow the use of the Constraints GUI in FPGA Express
v2.0. Although BASE packages do not allow use of the
Constraints GUI, the documentation is not clear that the tools
are limited to BASE package features.
Solution 1:
Customers must request a regular license from Customer Service
(800-624-4782) to access the Constraints GUI.
Note that a customer with a BASE package, even with a regular
license, will not have access to the Constraints GUI. It is not
part of the package.
