Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: TRCE will report that 0 Paths and 0 Items were
analyzed for an OFFSET timespec, if the flop is an IFF of OFF.
Solution 1:
Because all of the routing is fixed inside the IOB, Trace does not
report the paths inside the IOB including the flop. Therefore Trace
reports 0 items and 0 paths analyzed. The customer can find these
delays in the data book, they are spec'ed for full, partial and no delay.
