V1.5, V1.4: COREGEN VIEWLOGIC: PINORDER property/attribute is visible on Viewlogic symbols generated by COREGen

Record #3629

Product Family: Software

Product Line: Coregen

Product Part: Coregen

Product Version: c1_4

Problem Title:
V1.5, V1.4: COREGEN VIEWLOGIC: PINORDER property/attribute is visible on Viewlogic symbols generated by COREGen

Problem Description:
Urgency: standard

General Description:
The PINORDER property is visible on Viewlogic symbols
generated by Coregen. This attribute designates the order
in which symbol pins should be displayed on the schematic
symbol, and it is usually invisible.

The problem is seen on Windows NT platforms with symbols
generated with VHDL2SYM from Workview Office v7.4. It does
not appear to be a problem on Powerview on Solaris.

Solution 1:

The workaround is to edit the symbol and manually change the
"Visible" property to "Invisible".

The problem is mainly cosmetic and does not affect the
processing of the design.
