General Description:
In Foundation 1.4 Project Manager, after doing File -> Restore
Project and selecting a zip file, a dumb or blank window pops
up without anything written or shown in it.
This behavior has been observed under Windows 95 only.
Solution 1:
The current workaround is to use either 'pkunzip -d' or
'winzip' on the zip file, and put the contents into the project
directory.
The project can then simply be opened by selecting File -> Open
Project from the Project Manager after the file has been
unzipped.
