General Discription:
There are known cases in the older versions of Foundation where some symbols/nets will be given the
same reference number
causing the error:
Symbol references conflict assigned to same symbol
Solution 1:
There is an option in the Schematic Editor to rename/renumber
all the references. Select Options -> Annotate to reannotate
the references.
