Solution# 3529 - Ngdanno updated to handle new CB228 pkgs for 4kxl devices.
Solution# 3530 - Ngdanno fix to allow back annotation to logical model
for a case not covered.
Solution# 3737 - Ngd2vhdl fix having to do with WIDTH generic attribute.
Solution# 3738 - Ngd2vhdl fix having to do with 2-dimensional array
being used in .vhd file but type not declared.
