Problem Title:
EZTAG/JTAG Programmer: How to create a SVF file that performs a blank check operation?

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description:

Is there a way to do a blank check in the SVF files? The blank
check menu item is grayed out in the JTAG Programmer when in
SVF mode.

Solution 1:

1.Start EZTag/JTAGProgrammer with the device(s) you are
interested in connected up to your PC/Workstation for download.
2.Erase the device in question.
3.Readback that device's contents to a JEDEC file of your choosing.
4.Exit EZTag/JTAGProgrammer.
5.Restart EZTag/JTAGProgrammer in SVF mode.
6.Do a "verify" using the generated JEDEC file as the target.
7.The SVF file you have just generated checks if the part is blank.

Note: This will create a SVF file capable of performing the
blank check operation for one and only one part. You can not
do a generic blank check for all parts using a single SVF file.
You will need different files for different devices.

Solution 2:

For 9500xl devices you may directly perform blank checks.

1. Start JTAG Programmer
2. Enter SVF mode (Output-> Create SVF)
3. Highlight the device that you want to blank check
4. Operations -> Blank Check
