General description:
Implementing a Viewlogic design, MAP may give the following error:
ERROR: baste:266-An extension is required on the "RLOC" parameter for FDCE
symbol "<symbol name>" (output singnal=<netname>).
The same error may occur for CY_MUX symbols.
The error is generated because of an RLOC=R0C0 attribute on the FDCE within an
FJKC symbol.
This error will occur if a 'Flattened' netlist was generated from the Viewlogic
EDIF Netlist writer instead of a 'Hierarchical' one.
Solution 1:
Make sure that the EDIF file is generated with the following options:
1. Netlist Options: Hierarchical (default)
2. LEVEL = XILINX or "Xilinx M1"
