Problem Description: Legal ranges flagged by LogiBLOX DRC for base 2 and base 4 values of 2-bit wide buswidth for LogiBLOX CONSTANT, COMPARATOR and COUNTER modules are incorrectly specified. An extra "0" is prefixed to the range values. For base 2 numbers, the legal range of values is specified as "-2#010# to 2#011#" (should be -2#10# to 2#11#), and for base 4 numbers, the legal range is specified as -4#02# to 4#03# (should be -4#2# to 4#3#).
