In the F1.4 Release Document (Jan 1998), pg 5-9, the device
support is incorrectly listed. (5200 and spartan)
Solution 1:
Base install should include:
XC5200 upto and including XC5210
All spartan parts (XCS05 - XCS40)
Note: 'upto' in device support means 'upto and including'
