Foundation 1.4: Logiblox will not open from Schematic Editor or Project Manager
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
When trying to open Logiblox from the Project Manager or Schematic Editor,
it does not open. In the Project Manager message window, the message "Logiblox
already started" appears as a warning.
Solution 1:
In the project directory there should be a file called logiblox.lck. Delete this
file. You should now be able to open logiblox.
