General Description:
A patch is available to fix several problems in the F1.4 XABEL compiler.

The patch fixes problems with the OLE communications server
and with BLIF2NET Internal Errors. A detailed readme file is
included in the patch.


Solution 1:

The patch is version 1.4.1, and should be installed over the
Xilinx 1.4 version of XABEL.
