General Description:
It has been observed that if the XC4000XL parts have been installed and not the XC4000EX parts, then
EPIC may give the error :
Arc x/y offset file <unknown> not found
If you try to invoke EPIC on a 4028XL or 4036XL part.
Solution 1:
This is a bug with the installer. The XC4000XL depends on files found within the XC4000EX data direc
tory, and one file (.axy) is not properly installed in the EX
tree when the XL but not EX is selected by the user to install.
The solution is to install the EX parts also.
