Record #4062

Problem Title:
F1.4, F1.5 Simulator: Not all signals are listed in Component Selection window; how to show
all signals

Problem Description:
Keyword: timing, functional, func, tim, alphabet, missing, signals, simulator

Urgency: Standard

General Description:
In the Foundation Simulator, a list of signals is available
in 'Component Selection for Waveform Viewer' under
'Signal Selection' window.
You can access the list by selecting Signal->Add Signals
from 'Logic Simulator' window.

The signals are listed alphabetically.
If the signal exceed the maximum amount that the window can
hold (usually happen in timing simulation of hdl design),
the list of signals might not be complete.
For example, signal started with letter 'a' to 'n' will appear
but signal started with letter 'o' and after will not appear
in the list.

Solution 1:

The rest of the list can be obtained as follows:

1. In 'Signal Selection' window, Click on 'More' button
    under signal list.

2. In the 'Select object for Display' window select the
signals you want to display, e.g., 01 ...z9, and click
    OK.
