General Description:
A command line option exists to launch the Design Manager.
Solution 1:
The command line option for Design Manager is "-design".
To use this option to create a new project, you must provide
the top level netlist (with file extension) after the -design switch.
Ex: dsgnmgr -design <top_level>.edn OR
xilinx -design <top_levle>.edn
To use this option to open an existing project, you must provide either
the top level netlist or the project name after the -design switch.
Ex: dsgnmgr -design <top_level>.edn OR dsgnmgr -design <project>.xpj
NOTE: Netlist extentions can vary depending on the front end tool being used.
Please verify that the netlist used is supported by the version of Xilinx
software being used.
