General Description:
In F1.4 State Editor, when copying a diagram (w/ condition and
action text) and pasting it, it copies over all the components,
but all the text (condition and action) are detached.
Solution 1:
As a workaround, user must re-type all the condition and
action statements after copying and pasting the diagram.
