General Description:
The header in EDIF files generated by COREGEN is always
"(timeStamp 1998 3 15 0 0 0)" regardless of when the file
was generated.
Solution 1:
If you need to determine when the file was actually created,
check the file's "last modified" date. Information on the
COREGen version number that was used to generate the EDIF can
be obtained from the EDIF file.
