General Description:
PAR crashed with application error when guided with leverage
mode in this design.
Solution 1:
This is a known problem with high density devices. It has been
fixed for M1.5. The issue of leveraged guide being ineffective
for high density devices (4085 and up) remains a problem for
M1.5.
This issue will not be patched in M1.4. Leveraged guide is
known to be ineffective in M1.4 for high density devices.
If we patched this guide crash, leveraged guide would not be
able to provide the time savings hoped for anyway.
The workaround in M1.4 is to use 'exact' guide mode.
