Under Windows NT, when opening the Foundation F1.5 Project Manager, the
following error may appear:
Automation Caused and Exception: Exit Code 0.
The Implementation Tools will also not work properly, and will give the above
error when invoked.
Solution 1:
To fix this problem, you must download Windows NT Service Pack 3.
This Service Pack may be downloaded from the Microsoft Web site at:
