M1.5: Timing Analyzer: Delete xil_# files in temp directory
Problem Description:

General Description:
Timing Analyzer writes two files to the temp directory per analysis
performed. Typically, one file has an actual size and the other
has a size of 0K bytes. When Timing Analyzer closes these files
are not deleted.
Solution 1:
The user has to remove these files.
This is fixed in the next release of the software, which is 2.1i.
