General Description:
After installing the Foundation software and attempting to start it up, the following
message may be issued:
cannot find c:\fndtn\bin\nt\command.com
Solution 1:
Check the PATH environment setting.
Adding a c:\; before the rest of the path fixes the problem.
This problem occurs particularly when the PATH setting is very long.
Adding c:\; at the beginning of the path enables the command.com file to be found
quickly.
