General Description:
Upon clicking on the Implementation phase button in the Project Manager, or
attempting to View Locked Pins Report, it appears that nothing happens, and
the Project Manager appears hung.
Solution 1:
This can happen when there is actually a hidden dialog box present prompting
you for a response. The dialog box will pop up "behind" the Project Manager,
thus locking out the Project Manager until you respond to the dialog. To see
if this is the case, press ALT-TAB on your keyboard to bring other applications
to the front. Look for a dialog box which you can select to bring to the
front. Respond to the dialog, and the Project Manager will again become
active.
