General Description:
Virtex simulation with Foundation F1.5 is not yet fully operational. This issue will be
resolved with the Performance Pack which will be distributed a few months after
F1.5 is released. Before the Performance Pack is released, Xilinx recommends
that all Virtex designs be simulated with an HDL simulator rather than the
Foundation Logic Simulator.
